The Bagus can be defined as the easy life version of the Black Scorpion (BS) which is a board that demands more technique. This board’s rails are more boxy and the outline is more generous making it more adequate for smaller swell and apt for a less technical level than for the BS. Its bottom also consists of a single concave deepest underfoot that helps get to the lip of the wave at speed and execute manoeuvres with more precision. To sum this up, this board is adequate in smaller conditions if you are a more technical surfer and in waves up to 1.5m if you are an intermediate surfer who enjoys high performance boards.
